I don't know whether it's because everyone else has been playing crap, but he's looks decent. Not afraid in the opposition half, doesn't panic and can cross a ball. In defense, he won most his headers yesterday and looked by far the best player on the pitch (not hard though).

Imo, I'd leave him on the bench. Or have Jonas at LB and Tiote/Cabaye/Sissoko in midfield Then you've Ben Arfa and the Mackem Slayer on the bench
