I jump up and down like a looney for 2hrs, 2 or 3 times a week. Add that to some heavy lifting for about 4hrs a week and that does me. And a couple of long walks as well.

They are about the same in protein levels but red meat has more Iron and more 'good' fats or so i have been told. I think one of the relevant points here is that it's a Steak and Milk diet. Both high in fats. Suggests to me that he not only needs to build up his muscle mass but also his general overall mass. At least we've moved on from the days of the '2 bottles of Stout' diet that was popular in the 70's/80's
