  1. I don't think will be a good reception. Subdued would be the word to use.
  2. the most frustrating one of all. If not for that rain we could have won 6 or 7-0 I would say. Terry Butcher panicking like fuck and kicking the ball anywhere.......waving "bye Bye" to the mackems as I made my way out of the centre paddock at the time towards them in the Leazes End. We were so dominant and yet limited by the weather conditions it was untrue Yep, if it wasnt on TV it would have been called off.
  3. Salty Sellars 1-0 off the post in the soaking rain.
  4. What a goal by Nakamura ! 30 yard swerver. The talent on show isn't as good as it used to be though in these clashes.
  5. He looks quite talented and I can see Keegan going for him. However, he always seems to do too much thus slowing the general play down. I reckon Milner would look just as good as him in that league. He does have pace to burn though and is young.
  6. Dont know whether to stay up or watch the re-run at 11am/noon the next day. Can see Hopkins edging it to be honest.
  7. Aye, last 5 games he hasnt put a foot wrong. If anything he has looked better than Faye imo.
  8. Next. Wouldn't bother. Nicholas Cage is officially dead to me.
  9. Aye, i was going to say that. Sometimes watch it when I have a hangover on a Sunday. Cheers me up. (ID4 also does the same)
  10. It's absolutely class man. "I have come here to chew bubblegum or kick ass, and I'm all out of bubblegum. "
  11. Babels wasnt a pen imo. Arsenal played better. Liverpool got lucky in Europe again.
  12. My favourite is Hagi. Not necessarily the best but I used to love watching him play.
  13. How did Edgar play by the way? Always liked him.
  14. You'll be calling him a kiss-ass soon
  15. i dont agree with that. Most managers bar Souness and possibly Big Fat Sam had the support behind them from the start. Doubts only crept in later on.
  16. http://www.nufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsD...1281956,00.html "slight knee injury" sounds bollocks to me. He must be in a huff.
  17. For every Smith there is a Beye!
  18. Decided on driving to Rotterdam OR Eindhoven as the furthest point then looping back via brussels and Lille. I dont know alot about either of the those 2 options. Anyone been?
  19. A couple of buddies and I are heading over the chunnel on a road trip over the May day holidays (Fri <-> Mon). Any ideas of any good venues to stop at on the way? Probably do a bit of a loop so was thinking France and Belguim at least. We will obviously no doubt like a couple of ales at night time as well....
