A bit like "world class" Owen then? Do you still rate Taylor btw? Still young. He'd probably further his career a lot better away from this circus though. 100 games for the first team man. Adams was labeled a donkey for years. Then he came on as a player. Players mature at different ages. I guess time will tell who is correct. But for my arguments sake i reckon he needs to leave the toon. You're comparing him to Adams? Adams was only labelled that after Euro '88 and there was certainly no shame in getting made a mug of by MVB (Ask J69 ). At what age was he captain of Arsenal again? Performing to an outstanding standard every week for Arsenal? Exactly. Something of which can't be said of Taylor with us, and this he's young stuff is a load of shite. If you're old enough, you're good enough. He's played over 100 games for the first team ffs. I love it when people comment on good players never realising that they were once distincly average in their young years. eg Frank Lampard. Anyway, we are all entitled to our opinions. Maybe I am wrong. Time will tell.

He didnt really stand out last time in PL. Still, its probably better than what we have got and a loan deal would be ideal. Still, i imagine it to be bollocks. -

When I used to live in Newcastle I always used to use Toon Travel. Good bloke who gave up his time to organize trips. I particular remember the Jumbo Jet he hired to get us to Turin. -

The Black Pearl is excellent imo. The other 2 are massive let downs. -
He rarely plays anyway. He'd probably come on as a player if Arsenal signed him.

That was going over Shay's form over the last couple of seasons though. He's been back to his best this season without a doubt. And it's not just that, what kind of a message does it now send out that Shay doesn't want to be here? I agree. But Harper is an able replacement. I wouldn't be going splashing the Given money on a new keeper. Other areas need improvement. If we dont get around £10m for him it will a kick in the balls.
-
Im happy for Harper to take his place if he moves on. In fact most people on this board were saying that Harper should start as #1 in pre-season. Still, a massive shame. Given is top class.

On a side note, HMW's website is actually quite competitive. I occasionally use it rather than play.com.

I thought you rated Taylor. I disagree btw. I just think he has no pace. Turns like an oil tanker. His fault for the 1st Tottenham goal on Monday. Not that we'd ever single out that sort of stuff..... Taylor aye? Which was my original point.....

Donkey punch. Killed 90 mins. Veered off a bit as it had a bit potential. -
Ours is on the 19th. None of this early December bollocks! Black tie event. Meh. Not even sure I own a pair of smart shoes tbh. Free booze though.

This is much more fun. To couch it in the terms of this issue, if I were in the position to want to spell it out, I wouldn't have been in the position to you in the first place. (think about it ) No, if you could you would as you're obsessed with being proved right. But you can't. Plan B: crack out the emoticons. Its funny cos its true!

His life must be missing something if he spends so much time on here. I pity him more than anything. -
What number does he play for the Argies?
