Gerrard is the best midfielder in the PL in my opinion. A also think if you take Xavi out of Barcelona and put him in a team like Bolton he'd be so average. He relies on other players to make angles for him. Gerrard relies on himself.

Has he made a mistake all season? All I've seen is a very accomplished goalkeeper who has been more than a little responsible for having the 3rd best defence in English football. I agree. There is no point in putting Krul in now. We have a solid 5 at the back (including the GK obviously). No need to change anything. Promotion is our aim, not blooding some young erratic goalkeeper in hope that *might* be good.
