Although, I like it when I go in the morning or when I used to cycle into work you feel fresh and good and ready for another session on the evening. I think once a day is more than enough!

I reckon Carroll could be a decent bit part player. Certainly an option from the bench to rough some defences up. He has a bit og the Niall Quinns about him. He'd score 10 goals in any league he plays in.

The championship is just a slugfest really and we arent exactly a pretty team. He may want to play at the (much) higher level to test himself against better players anyway.
