Ronaldo every time for me, more versatile, more valuable to the team. It is the popularist view to say Messi is the better player though, I concede that. In a poor side CR would be more important. Decent point. If you look at the Championship teams of the year over the past 5-6 years - alot of them have gone on to to be established PL players.
