I agree with Gemmil on this one. We are just going to have to wait and see how genius Big Mitch is. It’s all on his head now. If we have a few injuries we are borked so he is running the risk. I’m just concerned the knuckle draggers will be on Howes back if we fail to make Europa or CL leagues. This is prime time to beef up the squad to get into the CL and thus attract better players but on Mitch’s head be it.

I think Big Mitch will make a token gesture on the last day of the window. £15m for Guehi. Take it or leave it.

We were wide open in the second half. Should have just played more rigid when out of possession and then expansive when we had the ball to open them out and make them panic. Big chance missed.
