I hope Howe ends up as a Ferguson esque manager for us tbh. I hope he's here most of his career. Results have to be good, he eventually has to win things, but honestly wouldn't it be great if he went the distance with the club.

I know but compared to the glory years in the 20 years or so before Howe arrived, finishing 7th is POOR

we really haven't. we finished 7th last season, which is about par, despite the injuries and extra fixtures. our start to the season stuttered but at no point was eddie's role ever under threat. he's done an unbelievable job for us and rightly has huge amounts of credit in the bank with the owners and supporters - there was never likely to be knee-jerk reaction, other than among a few gobshites online. the fans in the stadium still back him to the hilt - we are lucky to have him.

In the 28 games since he's joined us against the 'Big 6' he has had 18 goal involvements. It would be highly unfair of me to compare someone like, say ASM to this due to the totally different team he was playing with, but FUCK IT. Yes, I am that pathetic. Why? Because Wypoopie! In the 37 games, he had 7 (giggle) goal involvments. I mean, this season AG10 has 6 already. Drink that fucking cool aid.

I think each game Liverpool don't win, Slot morphs a bit more into Van Gerwen. If the run goes another 2-3 games he'll be full-on with the F-bombs in interviews.
