Hasn't done anything since we signed him permanently, and should have been sold instead of Anderson. Not my words. The words of KID DYNAMITE.8 points

You donāt have to have reffed Kloppās Liverpool to hold this opinion, David here appears to be merely clarifying the issue at hand4 points

I canāt find it now, but Iām 100% that Joe sought out and paid for extra fitness and technical training personally whilst The Cabbage was here, as he wasnāt getting any from The Cunt. The club and fans were a pretty toxic combo for any new player to deal with in Bruceās time, but I canāt recall him ever speaking out in his own defence either, even when he was getting absolute pelters. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but that really does speak volumes about him. edit; Iād probably say the heās up there amongst my all-time favourite players. If heād shown just enough improvement under Howe to justify his retention in the squad, and tapped in a few easy shots, heād still be regarded as a player whoād been āHowedā, as he was so poorly regarded previously. To turn in to this fucking International standard midfield monster that makes opponents visibly wilt, and in such a relatively short time, puts him in my legendary book.4 points

Laughed at Richards saying Everton are ādoing alrightā on MOTD when theyāve won 2 games all season Proof positive that pundits just look at the table and make their judgement from there4 points

Great result, great performance. Really helpful to go into the International Break (yet another one ffs) on a run of 3 impressive wins in 3 very different circumstances. Lewis Hall is getting better and better, seemingly every match. And I think if Livramento could play behind a similarly effective midfield/winger combo (JW&Big Joe) we might see more from him too? Gordon still doesn't look right and I wonder if he's playing with a knock? Longstaff does so much off the ball for us, but it was good to see him involved in the attacks too. If I was allowed to, I'd rename both my kids Joelinton. And my wife. Fast becoming one of my favourite NUFC players of all time. Howe got it spot on and even the in-game changes he made were at the right time. Hopefully if he gets the tactics and performances sorted enough, he can start working a bit harder on set pieces? Taylor was atrocious, not just the two red cards he didn't show Yates, but throughout the game he was missing fouls, not punishing dangerous play, getting simple things wrong like corner/goal kicks. anybody wants to rewatch it you can find it here; Nottingham vs Newcastle Full Match Replay - Premier League 2024/20253 points

If it makes you feel better, I fucking hate the fact that we are a Monarchy but I choose to live, work and pay my taxes in England. I donāt see any contradiction there as I respect the fact that probably the majority of people in this country disagree with me and are in favour of keeping The Royal Family.3 points

My own personal opinion but James McCleanās reasons for not wearing the poppy are all entirely reasonable. I donāt understand why anyone gets upset at him not wearing one, itās personal choice, nobody should be forced to wear one. Sounds like he thought Sunderland were a bunch of cunts too so heās alright by me.3 points

I know it's been a while now and we've been in the CL and a cup final but I still pinch myself at times when you see Nufc being able to bring Tonali and Barnes off the bench2 points

Mark of Hall's quality is how he was running the show in the first half when we had a lot of posession but struggled to break them down. You could see the players looking to find him and him having the confidence and quality to receive the ball and play the correct forward pass almost every time. The best thing for me yesterday was how we believed in our quality even after going a goal down. Kept possession, kept poking away, didn't panic. Having players like Bruno, Isak, Joe, Gordon etc gives you that ability if they have enough belief. Add Lewis Hall to that list. Also don't forget Livramento. I know his final ball is lacking at the moment, nowhere near Trippier at the moment who on average was in any case miles ahead of most full backs. But his defensive work, energy, ability to keep up with the fastest wingers and make those last ditch tackles is fantastic. Those lung bursting forward runs are fast becoming a key part of the way we play too, creates space. He's different to Hall and at the moment he's missed out on the England call up but if his forward passing improves he's got a higher celieng imo.2 points

Him and Joelinton are a thing of beauty like. Nightmare to defend against and brilliant in defence.2 points

he looked back to his best yesterday. ran the midfield, two lovely efforts on goal, one well-saved, the other just over the bar. i'd still like to see him play on the right-side of the three in midfield, with more license to get forwards and influence the game, with tonali behind him as the DM in the middle2 points

massive player for us and a big reason we finished 4th. he bring something completely different to the rest of our midfielders - his energy, running and that ability to progress the ball and drag us up the pitch is huge.2 points

Ratcliffe when asked about the new manager visa issues: "One of the biggest issues in football, which I have to say I wasn't fully prepared for, was the brexit issue, which is not something that I bump into in my business world, I see absolutely no point in the brexit thing that they have in football.2 points
