My old man used to drive us past their old training ground in Washington on the way to see our Grandad, and heād regularly shout ā Dorty mackems!ā out the window at them. This was back in the early 1970s.5 points

Well, on your birthday 16yrs ago, I had a front row seat to the Technicolor gizzards of Mrs.F as young Ms.F , who shares your birthday, was being dug out of her. Iām chauffeuring her and her mates to their Prom at SJP this Friday and Iāll make sure I regale them all with the same tale.4 points

I feel for the lass. She's clueless and a bit of a knob by all accounts. But Merson and the likes spout equally as much shite and get away with it because they're not female or black3 points

I asked my smart phone why I am sleepy in the middle of the day. Apparently, there's a nap for that3 points

Hard to believe we couldn't/wouldn't have agreed a 40 million fee if we had wanted to. This seems like a more voluntary move to other targets on our part, especially with Tonali confirmed already. Shame 'cause he's a good player, but if Kane is off to Bayern as seems possible at the moment then I don't see Spurs really pushing for Champions League qualification for a while, more likely drifting back to what they were before Poch and Kane3 points

We value Ryan Fraser at 38M then. 12M+ Fraser Seems like a fair deal to me.3 points

Mind, he might be doing a bit moonlighting there since they brought in extra scribes at Thompson houseā¦2 points

Always had him down as Black Garter/ Clock regular, since the Adelphi closed. Takes his narcs to the Quayside āSpoons when a bit of class and discretion are called for.2 points

To me itās more Interesting to see if Kane stays nowā¦if he leaves and Levy does his usual shit of spending a fortune on some second tier foreign player who few have heard of to replace him then itās fairly certain Maddison has gone for the money /to keep his Insta friendly missus happy. If youāre serious about football the first question youād ask Levy is āIs Kane staying??ā ā¦ you might not ask that if youāre hoping to attend the opening of several envelopes in the near future2 points

In all honesty, spurs will probably suit him better cos heāll play as a 10. Levy is going to have bust out some good transfers if he wants Kane to stay so probably had that in mind.2 points

thatās the other thing. Weād probably have to change our system to accommodate him. Heās a ānumber 10ā and Iām not sure if he has the lungs to play the ānumber 8ā role in. Howeās system or whether heād be wasted out wide. Hopefully he massively flops at spurs and our decision is vindicated.2 points

I donāt know the source but I saw somewhere that Spurs were offering close to Ā£200k pw which would have broken our wage structure. He would have been nice to have but I just donāt think his position was a priority for us.2 points

More likely that we just decided to fuck it off to look at others and now Leicester have had to accept Ā£40m because their grand plan for a bidding war backfired. Diddums2 points

Iāve been a bit absent in here lately becauseā¦wellā¦ ā¦ Mrs F. was in a car accident three weeks ago and has been in a coma ever since. ( I know, I know, itās serious). So, yesterday the Consultant took me to one side and said ā Fist lad, weāve tried everything, and sheās not responding. Usually Iād have the chat with you about withdrawing life-support, but I was at a meeting yesterday and a colleague told me about a method of coma revival heās seen great results from- itās not guaranteed, but I think itās worth a shot. Itās also a bitā¦ unconventional.ā Obviously I was on it, and said āWhatever it takes, big man. ā ā Rightā, he said, ā Get in their and give her some oral sex . 5 minutes is usually enough to bring her roundā In I went. After 4 minutes all the heart monitors and blood pressure gizmos started bleeping and buzzing so I ran out to the ward ā What happened ?ā said big doc? ā I think after a minute she started choking doc, but you said 5 so I carried on pumpingā Youāre all welcome at the wake- Newcastle Labour Club. Iāll be at the bar, with a vodka and coke, waiting.2 points

Downie saying we'll look to Szoboszlai. Whether he's gotten that knowledge first hand or is just guessing based on the sustained rumours who knows. I wouldn't be surprised if we get someone other than Szoboszlai largely out of the blue like Tonali.1 point
