But apart from those to build up the academy, I reckon most of those coming in from now on will be upgrades on the first team. Age will obviously be a consideration but we’re not going to pass on another Trippier purely because they’re the wrong side of 30.

100%, there’s absolutely nothing new there at all. Apart from anything it was pretty murky the way it was handled by the PL. I.e. the way it indefinitely delayed until the piracy issue was sorted to the satisfaction of the Qataris.
