Last week I would have called you crazy if you told me that we are going to win the League. And a clear objective would be to make Top6 or even Top4. Today, I'm telling you that you're going to break in the Top3 two points behind Manchester City and that nothing stops me from dreaming and that I'm in 'we're going to win the Premier League' mode. Bruno looks like the best player in the world. Pope is a wall. Trippier is playing the best football of his career. Joelinton is everyone's best friend. Miguel Almirón is Maradona born in Paraguay. Willock stings like a bee. Botman is going to be the best defender in the Premier League for years to come. And we haven't seen the best version of Saint Maximin and Isak yet. We've beaten F* Chelsea with Wood up front.6 points

A 10 minute drive around Sunderland city centre would have confirmed that. Theyd have saved a fortune if they'd filmed life of Mars there5 points

6th to 8th was my expectation which I don't think was unjustified giving our form since January. You had to factor in potential injuries but also factor in potential signings so we're definitely ahead but not miles ahead. I think some pundits genuinely would've had us down for around 8th to 12th. Then again, a lot of pundits blowing smoke up Howe's arse now were adamant Steve Bruce deserved a crack at the job under the new ownership and it was disrespectful to not give him that chance.5 points

The guy is an utter helmet to be doing this at this stage in his career. Destroys his legacy at the club where he probably was most respected. I personally think he's a creepy weirdo so I feel I've been vindicated. 🤣5 points

Our fan base are the equivalent of terrorists now . I’d comment on how racist that is but what’s the point, we all know they are anyway.4 points

What we're seeing here is the people that got carried away with the threat of relegation this time last year, now getting carried away with the possibility of the title this year. It's a basic emotional control issue.4 points

When Longstaff got a new deal I think just about everyone thought that Howe is allowed the odd error of judgement. Maybe coupled with the odd bit of blind faith / hope that he’d seen something and Longstaff would get back to something like the highly rated youngster. But Longstaff really looks at home in the side these past few games. He looks fitter / more mobile too.4 points

Man Utd look better when he doesn’t play and he’s almost certainly a disruptive influence. As much as I would like Man Utd to be in turmoil the manager appears to have made the right call by not picking Ronaldo regularly and it seems he’s got the backing of the hierarchy in making that call. Going to that sycophantic cunt Morgan to whinge about it is petulant even by this arsehole’s standards4 points

He doesn't understand a word anyone is saying but he's fucking loving it and living his best life and accepting the smiles and the pats on the back.4 points

Well it couldn’t have been any worse than living with you. It would be worth going to have a look anyway. The rescue centre don’t just hand out dogs to anyone who comes looking for one, they do go to great lengths to make sure that they partner the right dog with the right family so won’t give you anything that’s likely to play up. Plus you aren’t giving money to fucking breeders.3 points

Of course, of course he's been known to let them know how much disdain he holds them in, and, knock me down with a feather, when confronted they don't tell him to fuck off, blank him, mock him or heaven forbid, chin him. No, none of that shit, they meekly say fuck all, just look ashamed and shocked. Jackonory had fuck all on these lads.3 points

Yeah well done Gloom for finally realising it’s not football manager and you don’t need a midfield of modern day Maradonnas & Zidanes to have a title challenge 😀3 points

It would be perfect if the World Cup results in Ronaldo not starting a single game, causing chaos in the Portuguese squad (as per with ManU) because hes not the centre of attention, and them going out in the group stage; followed by Messi winning the tournament to settle the debate. It'd be a wonderful way to colour their legacies and their era for all time.3 points

we can beat anyone at sjp and i fancy us to give anyone a game away from home too. we have played most of the big clubs other than arsenal - who is there to fear? hopefully man city drop off and we close and make it a two-horse race with arsenal. that would be just like when Leicester won their title up against spurs because there's more pressure on them to win it than there is on us - no one expects us to be anywhere near this position. even if we drop off and finish 6-7th, it's still a brilliant season for us. we have momentum, unity, the best defence in the league and a fucking brilliant manager. we lack depth, but howe has improved players we previously thought weren't good enough. suddenly sean longstaff is an integral part of a midfield that bossed champtions league-winning jorginho and kovacic. plus we will invest in january. IT'S ON3 points

Once you see behind the curtain with some of these lads. Like I would NEVER buy a Tesla now that I've seen the cavalier approach Musk has taken with twitter. These people are cowboys.3 points

I guess that explains why he wasn’t in their match day squad for the last couple of games. They’ve made it clear they’ll let him go on a free so this act of completely blowing up his relationship with the club is entirely unnecessary but lovely to see.3 points

I've just found out that this is coming from a TV interview he's done with Piers Morgan, where he's gone on solely to slag the club and manager off. Which makes it better/worse/funnier.3 points

Absolutely. Not just because its Man Utd, have always found Ronaldo dislikeable. May be one of the greatest ever but its ALWAYS about him, never thought twice about throwing his teammates under the bus if that serves him personally. What a diva.3 points
