Everton finishing 18th but not being relegated because Chelsea can’t get a PL license would be worth it all just to see Gemmill’s tears.6 points

I’m honestly not too fussed because apart from trusting the manager’s judgement you know any decisions aren’t being made purely out of tightness5 points

Do you think that deep down he regrets leaving Everton?4 points

Both Fulhman and Bournemouth now confirmed to be promoted to the PL. So once again we can see how Mitro just isn't quite PL standard and wor Eddie now has to contend with the seaside mackems next season.3 points

They'll still get through and it'll be all smiles. (Again)3 points

All credit to us for trying to snap up their manager ahead of an important game and creating a special bomd.3 points

Fucking hell. Overcooked naan bread, incinerated onion bhajis, pilau rice, some chunky brown slop, and are those chips between the naan and the brown slop? This is a new low. Had the shop run out of pedigree chum?3 points

2.1 LITRES though? There's a reason you can't buy Lloyd Grossman curry sauces in 2 litre bottles like it's fucking lemonade.3 points

as a longterm nufc supporter/sufferer/poster i'm in a position to say whatever i please based on what i've seen of him the past few years, i'd say he hasn't earned a four year deal. i'm not against giving him a short-term extension. i can understand a two year deal. four years seems generous and a gamble. perhaps he's pulling up trees in training, but then why not play him more? we have been burned recently by giving lengthy contracts to the likes of gayle. i hope we don't regret doing the same here. if he is given another four years, i'll be delighted if longstaff prove me wrong. just as i was with joelinton.3 points

Divide women over the relatively minor issue of trans rights, then trample over their abortion rights while they're distracted and fighting among themselves. All far too predictable, sadly...3 points

I love the modern day re-work someone did on the magpie badge. It was pointed out when Norwich modernised their badge during the season that NUFC's current crest has been in use for longer than those of any other club. Stands to reason from a marketing perspective it will change at some point. If they went with this, I wouldn't be disappointed.3 points

If Dummett can keep fit, he’s perfectly solid playing as a left-sided CB, I say. At least he’s dependable cover anyway. I think the likes of him and Longstaff are being retained so they can actually make some money off them down the line rather than losing them for nothing. Even if it’s a few million. As well, you’re probably losing Fernandez, Clark, Lewis, Manquillo (possibly) and Ritchie from the back line in the summer. Granted, Ritchie shouldn’t be playing there but still, giving Dummett an extra year to be a squad player makes a degree of sense.3 points

Joelinton has been outperforming a lot of midfielders while playing in midfield, that point doesn't stick at all.2 points

It could be, but again he only played about 9 games under Benitez - it’s not unusual for a young player to come through and look up to it for a short spell. His knee injury that ended that season for him definitely slowed him down too. I still think it’s just to ensure we can get a fee to sell or loan him out. I guess I’m in the minority that’s not seeing what all the hype about Shelvey’s upturn in performances under Howe is about, so I’d question why Longstaff isn’t getting more opportunities over him, or Willock, if there really is some plan to give him a role going forward. I view this point as our lowest ebb where we will build and improve, so the players on the very fringes, or unregistered, I just don’t see having as much worth going forward as some do. Not having a go at Howe btw and totally trust the team but just for discussion purposes I don’t understand this move.2 points

The US Constitution is incredibly hard to amend. You need both chambers to achieve a 2/3 super majority then you need 3/4 of individual states to agree and that's never going to happen with a divisive issue like this.2 points

With Hayden, Matty and Hendrick getting peddled we need some squad players. Hopefully he's young enough to get back to his early promise with some decent coaching. Not a bad thing to have a few local lads in the squad either.2 points
