Elsewhere, Watford cheating to victory over home of the Spitfire by playing a manager they didn't have at the start of the season.13 points

These arseholes have spent the last 19 years heaping praise on Abramovich's Chelsea, and just enjoying the ride, asking precisely ZERO questions of managers or anybody else at the club about its ownership. And now we've got dickheads calling today "football's game of shame". Well if it is, you cunts have been willing participants in the shame for the last 19 years. Abramovich didn't just become a crook overnight, you arseholes. Our ultimate owners are horrendous. We know. But we see you proudly queuing up to ask Eddie Howe awkward questions, or tweet about how your clever mate asked him, and telling us its your responsibility now, when you've done nothing of the sort for any other club's ownership. Just fuck off you boring sanctimonious dweebs.8 points

We were absolutely robbed. I can’t wait to see Chelsea freefall, cunts to a man.7 points

Tuchel just looks like an old charver. With his cap and his skinny tracky b's. I bet he tucks his pants into his socks and shoplifts packs of bacon on his way home from the match.6 points

We need a separate thread for all this shite. If people want to talk about it, they can talk about it there. I'm not saying we should turn a blind eye but it's nothing to do with today's match, and I'm bored of hearing from these clever cunt journalists who've said fuck all about Abramovich for the last 19 years, suddenly discovering their conscience.6 points

First choice midfield since the turn of the year has been Shelvey, Willock & Joelinton. Not one of them played today and still we gave as good as we got in the middle. Cannot and should not be understated.6 points

Ziyech can fuck off as well. Cunt was whinging the whole match. In fact it's pretty much a where's waldo game to find a Chelski player who isn't some variety of cunt.5 points

Interviewing Havertz after the match. I'll be very surprised if he's not a 300 year old vampire.5 points

Excellent performance. You look at their squad versus ours on paper and we were every bit as good as them on the pitch and they won via a very dodgy referee.5 points

Compared to the totally balance view of the below tweet he retweeted: I have no issue with articles about our ownership, the greater issue of owners like them being involved in football etc etc. But the constant snide attacks at our fan base, either via articles or from some of these journalists having digs in the comments, along with this absurd practice of asking Howe about events can all get in the sea. I don’t know what they want or expect Howe to say? And I’m also not having Miguel fucking Delaney question Howe working for who he works for when Delaney works for a paper that’s majority ownership is split between a Russian Oligarch and a Saudi Arabian with close links to the house of Saud. It’s also disrespectful to Howe tbh. It’s also not went amiss the way they are framing Howe’s non-answer as deflection, whereas Tuchels fucking non answer is being hailed as some masterclass of what to say given the “difficult and situation Tuchel is in” - never mind that the exact same attacks re who he works for that are levelled at Howe also apply to Tuchel. Personally I think they’re just being dishonest, and pathetic. As Alex said this is purely borne from jealousy. They’ll disguise it as “important” to raise but if this is really their aim why are they constantly baiting? I agree with Isegrims point that our fanbase shouldn’t defend the owners, I agree wholeheartedly but a lot of these journalists are goading and pushing for that reaction. I’m not saying it’s the right retort, but it’s something they angle for and if you read comments at times these journalists get genuinely nasty towards the fans the way any jealous fan would. If their intention truly is to educate, avoid sportswashing, and stop people from defending the actions of Saudi Arabia etc they wouldn’t be acting in this manner. By making it into the black and white issue they make it (as in the “you should stop supporting Newcastle, that’s the only appropriate response” craic) and then attacking people for supporting their team, then essentially saying “if you support Newcastle you may as well have executed those people yourself”, it’s backing people into a corner where the mental gymnastics to excuse and lessen what SA do happens. Again not excusing people that defend SA in any way, or put on SA flags etc but a lot of the Journalists can fuck right off acting like their intentions are well meaning.4 points

Who’d have thought it’d be March 13th by the time we registered our first defeat of the calendar year? And that it would take Chelsea robbing us of a result. In Howe we trust4 points
-
I am fine with journalists pointing the fingers at the poor records of Saudi Arabia regarding human rights and to bring it on the table. It shouldn’t be brushed under the table and it’s something journalists have to do to make sports washing not successful. I just don’t want our fans start to endorse these kind of things. But I don’t know what a manager is supposed to say about things like executions in a different country? Well, thinking about it he just should have said that he doesn’t believe in the merits of capital punishment unlike the home secretary.4 points

Can’t really fault that performance too much. Howe really has got us organised. It’s nice to see a manager who can be arsed with tactics. They were ok but I don’t think Longstaff or Lascelles are cut out for the level we aspire too.4 points

Considering the rotation squad, we fought pretty well. There wasn't much they did better than us. We could have gotten 1 point or even 3 points. The penalty was robbed by the sucker ref and VAR. I appreciate my team for their effort.4 points

Blaming Burn for being too tall, the Nosferatu looking cunt.4 points

Good. I mean this in the best possible way. You're gutted because we lost 1-0 away to Chelsea, playing our B side, aided by a fucking corrupt referee, a travesty of a result. But this shows you how far we have come. And whilst we are on the up, they are facing oblivion.4 points

The bloke on Radio Newcastle just said “time to head back to the stadium of light for Chelsea against Newcastle”. Then they return to an already restarted second half after some fucking pointless extended interview with some local ice hockey player. And we pay these cunts £159 a year.4 points

Burn: "I thought it was a sending off, I can guarantee if it was the other way round I wouldn’t have been on the pitch." "But the ref said because he was looking at the ball the whole time, that’s why it wasn’t." "I thought it was a little bit naughty but he’s not given and he’s ended up scoring at the end so it’s cost us a little bit." "We can’t complain about it too much. These are top quality players who can punish you in a second and that’s what happened." "I haven’t seen it back but the lads are saying it should have been a penalty." "But that’s what happens when you come to the big grounds, you probably don’t get the rub of the green sometimes." "The lads put in a very, very good performance. It’s disappointing not to come away with anything because I thought we deserved at least a point." "We’ve got to recover and go again. We know there is another game just around the corner. Everton is a huge game."3 points

HAS. HE. FUCK. No mention of sports washing or human rights when the Saudis were rumoured to be interested in Man United.3 points

Always worth to read his article about the fight and arguing that it’s just about reality and how money talks. Joshua obviously wasn’t to blame for taking it.3 points

It’s because we’re fucking rich. That’s the problem. That’s not excusing our owners, it’s just the facts of the matter. In terms of why cunts like Holt (who covered a World Heavyweight title bout in Saudi Arabia without bringing any of this up) are now kicking up a fuss. Nailed on if it was Man Utd they’d be more concerned with how it revived the Manchester rivalry.3 points

And MBS is head of a country that has just committed mass murder on its citizens. Neither is acceptable, but as fans (us and Chelsea), we have no determination in this. I will always support NUFC, whoever the owner is. But I won't be part of condoning what happens in Saudi and I won't hesitate to criticise them. To be honest though, I've been to SJP about 6 times since our takeover. I've never witnessed any support of our owners other than one person with a tea towel on his head. Let's keep it that way. Going to enjoy the match build up now. Also going to get pissed as it's been such a shit month for me and need the outlet. Ignore the rest if my posts today!3 points

Sorry Alex, it was a little trap for Craig. Wasn’t expecting anyone caught in the crossfire3 points

The answer here then is neither does Abromivich. Which is obviously nonsense. Let's not sweep the deplorable human rights of Saudi under the carpet here. Recognise it, condemn it, but don't let it affect the support we have for our club. What Saudi have done is disgusting.3 points
