It's the play offs again for them at best. Not the end of the world as they're well known play-off masters.5 points

I mentioned this on the last page. Is nobody paying attention? Is this what our Aussie/NZ posters feel like?5 points

Back in the dark days of the 80s,the County Road Bobblers once took on the Gremlins at a game of organised conkers. Fortunately someone tipped the police off and they were able to defuse tensions before things got really nasty.5 points

He thought arsenal had a better window than us. They sold their best player.4 points

Merson tried to get Mark Bosnich to come to Walsall at a time when the latter was out of the game and on the record as doing 10 grams of cocaine a day. Probably reckoned he was worth having around for practical reasons.4 points

Take a moment to enjoy Lee Ryder just shouting out wrong shit at Eddie Howe here. "ALMIRON" "Nah, I don't think it was Miggy..." "JOE WILLOCK" "....Ciaran Clark, that's right"4 points

Honestly I was in a shite mood all day and thanks to MF posting that I went and watched that video. In a class mood now, cheers Sunderland.3 points

Dublin’s seems like a canny bloke in that he doesn’t seem to have a chip on his shoulder in the way loads of the pundits do. But he definitely falls into the trap of just repeating cliches about the likes of Allardyce, without really providing much insight3 points

Don’t forget Holden mcgroin ffs. His work has been invaluable3 points

Like every politician (and arguably anyone who's ever made a public statement), Trump will be well aware of intent and implication, of course. It's a bit like the people who put "We send the EU £350 million a week - let's fund our NHS instead" on the side of a bus now saying "we didn't say we'd give £350 million to the NHS, sorry if that's how you understood it"3 points

Also is quite funny the vitriol a lot of them love hurling our way then this? (They love us really. They're just like their mates on Wearside. Hate you/want to be you!)3 points

"A number of us [including The Originals, Everton Fans’ Forum, View From The Bullens and the County Road Bobblers]..." I mean I was sceptical until I saw that the County Road Bobblers are on board, but that changes everything.3 points

Seem to remember someone on here saying Merson reckoned we didn’t have a very good January transfer window. I get people have soft spots for clubs / dislike others but it’s your job to at least try and be subjective. Obviously he’s thick as fuck like2 points

Alex Neil is definitely known for his free flowing attacking football. It’s almost seeming like they shouldn’t have hounded the last bloke out.2 points

If it's going to be a close call I'd rather he was overcautious. It would be nasty kick in the bollocks if Trippier played and he aggravated what was originally a fairly minor calf problem.2 points

Yeah that's the precedent I've seen before - where the ref awards a card and then there's dissent and off they go. Happened to one of Man Utd's prima donna players once (was it Di Maria?). Had the 2nd offence not have happened, he'd have tracked back to give him a yellow for the throw incident during the next break of play. That doesn't get negated because he commits a 2nd offence. The important point was Oliver signaled play on - meaning he acknowledged it was a foul. Stupid from Martinelli IYAM.2 points
