You know, when I was there, I really didn't know how near was St James Park and when we walk just 4-5 minutes and we saw the Stadium was... OH. When I went to the city and to see the game, I knew that I sympathized with Newcastle and I really felt like a fan for more than 15 years. But when I heard the music that plays when the players take the field (Going Home: Theme of the Local Hero) and I started to cry a little, I really knew that I was in love with the club. Without a doubt for me it is one of the best days of my life.

Ahhhh Good memories. The day I was in Newcastle I was sitting in the seats in the street front this JD Sports eating a Sandwich I buyed in Greggs.

Honestly mate, the takeover has changed a lot of things imo. Everyone on here now rightly wants to enjoy the ride that’s coming and all the joy and excitement that is going to bring for us and our kids. Theres also no escaping the political leaning of the board. We are all also getting older with less inclination to copy and paste to “win” an argument on the internet. You’ve had a good try at getting “discussions” going but nobody is interested. Much better to use this place for your enjoyment of the club, the countless funny stories and witty observations. If you really want online “discussions”, then probably best try them on twitter etc and save this place for the happy NUFC times. Just my two penneth, but I do have experience in your situation 👍

It is true that they can still enter the Europa League or Conference League, but I don't think that makes a difference. They are eliminated in the French Cup. And they are in the knockout stages of the Champions League, yes, but they are going to be eliminated against Chelsea. What's more, if they were in the Europa League, I would understand that they wanted to keep the player to try to go far in the competition. They have already sold one of their best players, Ikone. Newcastle needs the player and surely he was going to pay more than his real price... I don't know... Friend Lille, take the money, sign a couple of replacements from St Etienne and Lens, and try to be among the Top 5 of your League.
