Aye, I think it’s part of it for sure but I think there’s also a big dollop of laziness. I think a lot of them flat out can’t be arsed to talk about another club, and do some actual research, it’s far easier to just blast out a load of cliches and then go back to talking about how amazing Manchester United is.
