AZ won't send the vaccine from the UK plant to the EU. But the contract is between the EU and AZ, the location of the manufacturing plant is not relevant. I keep saying this but I firmly believe Blair improved the lives of most people and reversed some of the policies of Thatcher. I would admit though that is somewhat anecdotal and there may be economic data that contradicts this (I.e. wealth gap increased).
