Brucey going postal will get most of the headlines but this little beauty snuck out today:5 points

surpassed him ages ago I reckon. his recently departed parents (thats the two people sheffield wednesday were extremely accommodating over for bruce before he fucked them over) are probably looking down (or possibly up, being as they raised the morally bankrupt twat) and thinking... 'fuck off steve, you fucking fat manc cunt'4 points

He's quickly leaving Pardew behind in the "God, I hate this cunt" stakes, and that's one hell of an achievement.4 points

Billy Graham’s snake-oil son has compared Trump to Jesus. Of all the tweets in response, this one tickled me.4 points

Bruce's words of acceptance of criticism of the Sheffield game mean nothing when he's still trying to suggest that it's just the odd game like that and Brentford that are going wrong. Anyone with eyes can see that we've been utter dogshit for a season and a half. I could accept the Liverpool performance as being decent if it was alongside other performances where we played with some ambition to be on the front foot and have a go at teams who's playing staff doesn't far exceed our own. But we've seen us get hammered off Brighton this season, grab a draw against Fulham only because of a pen and a red card and get totally undeserved wins against West Brom and Palace. These teams aren't the cream of the crop, they're full of many players that we would look at and say aren't any better than what we have (although I assume they all have better central midfielders than the shite we have), they're low on confidence and yet we set out to sit back and give them all the opportunities they want to pass the ball amonst themselves up to the edge of our box and look like they're world beaters.3 points

Any warnings were drowned out by who the warnings were coming from and drowned out by 'ARE YOU PROUD TO BE BRITISH?!?! OR YOU ON THEIR SIDE?!?! DO YOU NOT SUPPORT OUR BOYS?!?!' etc, etc and that is why Joe Bloggs doesn't get to enact important international decisions. They were manipulated and just because some are genuinely wankers doesn't mean they weren't still had. Vote leave knew what they were doing and they weren't shy of using dark arts to get it. A lot of them also would've knew they'd be shafting some of their target voters but couldn't give a fuck.3 points

He’s off his fucking rocker like. If he’d actually led the life he claims to have had up to now he’d be a pretty well known name, for good reasons I mean not known for being a little doilem on twitter.3 points

Just said this same thing to a neighbour and was met with "yeah but we couldn't until now, EU n' that, all the red tape". Hit me right there and then why we didn't do it sooner. Would've showed we always had control of our borders and undermined half the motivation for Brexit.2 points

Theres a Newlyn fish merchant on LBC at the moment annihilating Brexit...he was a remainer, told all his colleagues it would be a shit show and was promptly told all that was project fear People have been fucked over. A lot of folk are inherently given to believing someone who appeals to their base level instincts ie believing what they want to beleive. The leaders of the Brexit completely understood this and completely exploited it . James O'brien says we should have sympathy for the conned and contempt for the conmen. Not sure that's any consolation to the fishermen or those with ruined lives because of brexit who voted remain.2 points

Aye he was trying to see off the fringe right but instead gave them the entire party. He was fucking useless.2 points

Nice to get some Guinea pigs on here before my lass has to take it. Get well soon, dickheads!2 points

I wonder what Cameron thinks of it all- his party is more unified than it’s been in ages, (which was the original point behind the whole shitshow), albeit unified behind a set incompetent fascist psychopaths. I wonder if he even thinks of it, even though he’s responsible for it.2 points

I don't think the people who voted for Brexit had a fucking clue what they were actually voting for. They honestly believed it would be sunlit uplands, that Johnson would put those silly Europeans in their place because we hold all the cards, that the NHS would benefit from an extra £250m a month (or whatever). So when Project Fear told them this was bullshit, they didn't believe it. See the Tories are doing it for the benefit of the country with no ulterior motives, and the loony left are in the pocket of Europe.2 points

Under the previous manager people were saying we had the best group of central defenders just about anyone could remember. It speaks volumes that Bruce can’t even coach players in the position he played in2 points

@Gloom I'm not sure what your point is. Hitler gained power through a democratic mandate. Yeah, yeah, the comparisons are supposedly ridiculous you might say. And yet every day we stagger closer and closer to outright facism. It's a fucking coup and yet again people are blinded by British exceptionalism. Can't happen here, right?2 points
-
The manner in which the politics played out was very coup like. They took a 48:52 vote split and took it to the most extreme position possible without having no deal. Coupled with Johnson's parliamentary shenanigans, I think we can call it a coup and still blame people for voting to enable it.2 points

I reckon Trump got a hard on ordering these last gap federal executions in the last month which shows he's a horrible sociopath and I reckon she'd froth at the gash in the same circumstances.2 points
