This game has hardly been different to the last couple of months. We might even have played better than most of recent games. The main problem is that we are not in control of the play, neither in defending nor attacking. We just rely on the opposition wasting chances and being successful from set pieces ourselves. He can't do two good things in a row; a good touch is followed by a poor one, if he gets into a scoring position he scuffs the shot or takes too long to take it. His hold up play isn't terrible but mostly he seems to just slow the play down. He is not handling the pace of the league at all IMO, seems far too casual and off the pace. I wish I could say something more positive from the great many games I've watched him play but there's not much to go off apart from a few good headed assists (or potential assists).

I'm in Edinburgh at the moment. The problem has become horrendous. People sleeping rough and begging everywhere. One bloke went absolutely radge when someone refused to put a coin in his cup. Another person was literally prostate begging on the street. I've only ever seen this in Italy before. And then of course there is the contrast with the fact that this is a rich city, with high end shops and bars everywhere. And Scotland is supposed to be a more socially conscious than England. It's so fucked up. And we know which direction we're heading.
