  1. 2-0 is a dangerous scoreline, Clive.

  2. You got any more meaningless cliches in the locker?

  3. Least goals conceded outside the top 7, so it is an accurate assessment imo. You can point criticism at the side but we don’t concede much.

  4. Well seeing as we haven’t leaked many goals relative to most other teams in the league it’s more accurate than your counter argument appears to be

  5. No, her motion is to leave with no deal, for or against. I assume it will fail.

  7. But we do have new elections again, and again, and again.

  8. Out. Out. Out. This "peoples vote" - we've had a "peoples vote" - it was the referendum. If they try to derail the referendum where the **** does it end ? The result of the election didn't please us. Lets do it again. And again. And again. The main sticking point is supposed to be the Irish - as ever. And I detect it's more out of traditional petulant spite than need. Even the European side are getting fed up with their disruption

  11. He’s a good focus of the attack, what I’ve noticed recently and was very clear in the Everton game is he likes to get goal side of his man and back into them halting their run before accelerating onto the ball. I know he’s ‘only’ had 8 goals but he has struggled for fitness for a lot of the season and we’re a side that generally doesn’t score many, the ones he has scored have generally won us points since we are so solid at the back. I agree the front 3 of Rondon with Perez and Almiron playing off him has potential. It’ll all disappear at the end of the season when bitch tits messes Benitez about further then penny pinches WBA so we end with no Rafa and no Rondon.

  13. I can agree with that to some degree. I think the over the hill, sell-by, best-by dates are comical and mythical, you can never put a finger on when a particular individual is going to be past his best. Take Stanley Mathews for instance, played in the 1st Division at age 50. Sure he may have been past his best, but what about when he was 35, 40, 45? We are all individuals and can be different to others at the same age. For the record, I played for a team in Newport Beach California, players ranged from 18 to 35, I was a starter and played 90 minutes all season long, I was 47, people are different.

  14. No age restrictions to teams from the two divisions above the highest division that sides eligible to enter the FA Trophy are in, so you’re talking shite.

  15. I know, banker wankers yadda yadda, but we're talking about the country's tax base here. Not much point in a Corbyn-shaped redistributor taking charge of a country that has nothing left to redistribute. That said, I increasingly don't see the point in a second referendum even if it results in a Remain vote. The damage, both actual and reputational, has already been done.

  16. Like the Mackems have ever been worried about age restrictions.
