I missed Joselu today. Haven't time to report, have to go to urgent care, I think I've filled my knickers with excitement.3 points

Brilliant day out. Atmosphere unrecognisable from the arsenal game, which was my last home outing this season, with plenty of noise coming from the east stand/gallowgate corner. It was striking that the anti-Ashley songs were the loudest all game, and were chanted even louder after each goal. I had my lucky mascot seven year old lad with me - we only score three goals when he comes. All the people sat around us in the milburn sports bar were dead canny, laughing at his plummy London accent and ruffling his hair, saying he was our lucky charm. As for the game, how refreshing to see us dominate for 90 minutes for once. The ref gave us nowt as per but Cardiff are utter shit like. I’ll be very surprised if they survive. Rondon gave a master class in hold up play, bullying centre halves throughout. Longstaff looks very assured and Ritchie and Atsu both had good games. Schar and Lejeune also very impressive defensively and comfortable on the ball. The way we play the ball our confidently from the back is great. If only yedlin could cross or pass. He’s so quick and gets into dangerous positions throughout, just can’t pick out a man.2 points

Yep. He's exactly what Rafa wants in a striker. Grafts all over the pitch, holds the ball up and chips in with goals to. Bit like Mitro2 points

One of the worst sides in the PL got what they deserved today. Fuck off to Warnock, the Brexit-loving sack of shit. Class performance all around against a team we simply had to beat.2 points

Gettin. Perez, Yedlin and Atsu have been good today. Not always got the final ball right but Cardiff can't handle us running at them2 points

It might be that with him being too lightweight Rafa doesn't think he'll be any more effective, which would be fair, and doesn't want to batter his confidence when smashing them in at u23 level is better for his development right now.2 points

Palace are our local side, next nearest is millwall 😳. If he does defect, I wouldn’t mind if he supported palace - it’s the kids who follow the big successful clubs they have no connection with I can’t abide. Like most of my mates down here who are textbook Liverpool fans because they grew up in the 80s when they were winning everything1 point

No, he only just got into football properly since the World Cup and so far he is sticking with me. His mates at school are all Liverpool or Man City fans, (I know), so who knows how long he’ll stick with it.1 point

An outstanding performance for this group of players, I believe. Can’t fault anyone for application and I refuse to criticise them on the basis of ability with this owner. The manager is a gift from the gods as he will keep us up and a hound of hell for making life easier for Ashley.1 point

There's loads of buyers out there. But none at his price. (And possible/probable contract deals tied to him). Never selling in a million years, cash crisis or till his death. Happy new year, everyone!1 point

Think the only way he could have an impact in the first team is if he was coming on as we were in control, with most of the possession, late on, against a side sitting deep and alongside another striker. As said, it would basically allow him to be a pest and potentially mop up in a scramble1 point

You are such an idiot. You live on the outskirts of Sunderland and assume everywhere else is like it. Sunderland is famous for being the most backward racist city in the UK, it's why there are always right wing rallies there and why it was a BNP stronghold until the 90s. An example: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2003/apr/20/uk.localgovernment Whenever I've had the misfortune to go there you can sense the right wing in the air, it's fucking horrible. Remember Darren Bent's mother? The irony of course is there are hardly any immigrants living there, they know better. Doesn't stop the average mackem being an embittered racist arsehole though. The polls show the Labour PLP, membership, and electorate are overwhelmingly Remain. The problem is the leader is eurosceptic coward. If I may make a suggestion, you would probably be better off amongst your own kind on the SMB. Waddle on now.1 point

Well, Ashley has operated this way for over 10 years. Only an idiot would not understand how he runs the club. If you pay him a penny of your money, you must be prepared to tolerate the way he runs the club. I’m amazed anyone would expect anything different tbpfh1 point

And there's that Chelsea connection. Peter Kenyon He doesn't even have any money, and why would he agree to have that ridiculous letter published Weird little cunt. Staging a fake takeover as a an excuse to not spend. He even had Ferdinand confirm it1 point

Not that it's going to happen but the time to rise up and stab Ashley and croonies in the heart (metaphorically). Protests need to step it up, there's no incoming players that the club needs; Rafa will be gone at the end of the season, if not before now the odious toad Wise is back in Ashley's ear; and it's obvious that again the cunt would rather spend money on his PR machine to spread lies (the clubs going to be sold) and more lies (paying pundits to tell the world how much money he's spent and that Rafa should be grateful) than let the club spend its own money to better the playing staff. How fucking gullible are our fans, it's just rinse and repeat. The prick has already gutted the heart of the club and you can bet he'll be here until there is nothing left but ruins.1 point
