We have lane hoggers as well. There are also rather few sections on the motorways left without a speed limit. Lane hoggers here are normally awful drivers, old, too afraid of overtaking or on their phone, thinking it is safer in the middle lane. They are causing congestions and quite often force you into needless manoeuvres involving three or more lanes.

Only went to the GP because I had bleeding symptoms and was worried about cancer (an old class mate died of colorectal cancer this year, 46 ffs). Anyway, the symptoms had cleared well before the sigmoidoscopy, thought I was in the clear. But noooo..... apparently I have UC. Oh well, will find what this entails tomorrow. Better to find out I guess.

i had some stock in HIVE Blockchain Technologies, their business model is that they provide secure servers for the blockchain transactions to be complted on, and in turn they can charge a small fee in bitcoin. the SP skyrocketed by 6000% over the course of a couple of months. cue my poorly timed entrance to the stock, i was up $2k in a couple of days ($1200 initial investment) so i bought some more and it went up for about 4 hours and then tanked. tried to wait it out but finally pulled the plug for a loss of $800, and its still not back to where my required level was. i am still investing in weedstocks right now, started on Sept 20 initial investment of $10k, as of close today i'm up $7200 which includes my loss mentioned above.

It was just a case of the Ajax hierarchy thinking he was past his best and wanting to move the team forward I think. He obviously was past his best but still more than good enough to do a job at the same time. It gets mentioned in some detail in David Winner's Brilliant Orange iirc.
