I think its been mentioned already but the ref was a clueless wanker again. How much longer before we get some sort of luck with these guys? The foul on Gayle near the end was clear as day and he was in on goal. A couple of really cynical fouls not yellow carded as well. Useless twat.

Played well in the first half, created enough chances but didn't take any of them. Second half was poor. Joselu off for Perez sub was disastrous. Mitrovic shoud've went on instead. Officials were dire. I don't want to jump to conclusions on players but Murphy made absolutely no impact on the game when he came on, didn't look quick, didn't press, didn't look like he could beat his man, who was on a yellow card and tired. Maybe he needs time and games but it doesn't look great. I think we should loan him out ASAP. Looks bereft of confidence and won't regain it here. We knew the limitations of the squad after August 31st. We knew it was going to be a slog. And here we are. Mitrovic'll be playing up front for his country in the World Cup ffs Really wish we'd just try something different and just play him.
