  1. Past hour
  2. Steve Bruce would blame all the cardinals and hold out for being sacked.
  3. Aye fucking great idea. Next thing you know fish will have charts showing xR by forrins that only he can decipher.
  4. I'm sorry but there's only room for one Irish Newcastle supporting printer on this board. So I guess this is goodbye from me.
  5. I assumed you'd been standing in women's bogs, clipboard in hand, trousers round ankles.
  6. Answering my own question. In 1292, after a conclave lasting two years without choosing a pope, a Benedictine hermit called Pietro de Morrone sent a letter saying if a pope was not chosen quickly, divine retribution would fall on them. The leader of the Conclave immediately declared Pietro as the Pope, and the conclave ratified the choice with no exceptions. Upon being told of his new job, Pietro ran away and hid, refusing to take up his new role. Eventually he was persuaded to accept and became Clementine V , and his first and only papal decree, immediately upon taking up the role, was to introduce the right of resignation for popes. As soon as the decree was passed, he resigned
  7. It's done by comparing areas where trans-women are allowed in the likes of public bathrooms and those where they aren't. There aren't figures released reporting assaults by trans-gender status AFAIA. https://escholarship.org/content/qt4rs4n6h0/qt4rs4n6h0.pdf But surely the onus to provide evidence has to be by those claiming there's a risk? I hope you aren't referring to me because if you are then you'll be hearing from my lawyer very shortly with a cease and desist notice.
  8. A noted intervention on probability from an xG denier btw. Interesting....
  9. I don't doubt thtle truth of what you say at all. But there can't be much data on it.
  10. What are the 'genuine' safety concerns? I've looked it up and the data shows absolutely zero evidence of an increased likelihood of a cis woman being assaulted by a trans-woman in a shared setting.
  11. I’d be interested to see how quickly I could get in the news if I started a “ Make All Toilets Unisex” campaign from scratch on social media. I’d give myself two weeks. But I won’t, because I can’t be arsed.
  12. I'm sure I read somewhere yesterday that the recently deceased Pope neither put himself forward for it, or wanted it.
  13. No I would say you're a lot worse at it.
  14. Does whoever is picked have the option to say “thanks but no thanks”? Has that ever happened? So many Pope questions, so little time. I reckon if they introduced one new rule- “ anyone can ask to be pope, but if you aren’t chosen you die”, it would speed things up and let them burn their little bonfire way sooner than now.
  15. Seems like you have a very polarised view of this. There's genuine safety concerns in both scenarios which is why this is an absolute mess and not at all straight forward.
  16. It's demonstrable just how toxic things are at Man Utd when you see the likes of Rashford & McTominay thriving having escaped. Which begs the question ... how potent would Fernandes be in a half-decent environment? He's absolutely wasted there.
  17. I’ve given up on Death Stranding for now. My time for games is currently less than normal, and I just don’t have time to wait 10 minutes for some moody nerd to tell me a character’s name. Then play for 2 minutes. Then watch for another 10-15 to find out that the newly named character lives “here”. I’ve battered my way through Far Cry 4 and Primal, currently 2/3 through 5, and I’ve got the remainder cued up. Open game- do a few missions, skin a few bears, find some stashes. Sweet
  18. The bit where they have to put down the fallers should make for interesting viewing.
  19. Now sure seems like a good time to publish a league table of which nationality is doing the most raping.
