Side effects of that tamsulosin were an odd one. First tablet I've ever had where the pharmacist rang me after a couple of days to check if I was OK. The doctor mentioned something, maybe about it dropping your blood pressure or something? But if I had been lying down watching telly and got up to do something, for the first 20 to 30 seconds, I would get the proper head staggers. It was like I couldn't catch my breath or something. Stopped the day after I came off them. Very odd feeling.
